On October 28, 2022, as the intellectual property service provider of Minshi Group, Longyuan was invited by Minshi Group to hold a special lecture on overseas intellectual property layout and risk response.

　　Founded in 1992, Minshi Group was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on December 1, 2005 (stock code: 00425). Now, Minshi Group has become one of the top 100 auto parts enterprises in the world, and is also the world's largest supplier of aluminum battery boxes and the most complete supplier of surface treatment. At present, Minshi Group has four product lines worldwide, including plastic parts, metal body systems, battery boxes and new businesses, five research and development centers, and more than 60 production plants, covering China, the United States, Mexico, Germany, the United Kingdom, France, Serbia, the Czech Republic, Poland, Japan, Thailand and other countries.

　　This lecture specially invited the partner of Longyuan Intellectual Property Group and the head of the Patent Agency Department, Gaoke, as the keynote speaker. In the form of online conference, the lecture was held with the theme of "Enterprise overseas intellectual property layout&overseas intellectual property response strategy". Employees from the intellectual property department and R&D department of Minshi Group all joined in.

　　From three dimensions of overseas intellectual property risks, coping strategies, patent layout and cases, high-tech systematically elaborated the importance and necessity of overseas intellectual property of enterprises. With the combination of theoretical overseas intellectual property content and practical cases, the technical R&D personnel of Minshi Group have a preliminary understanding of the response to overseas intellectual property risks and the avoidance of early risks.

　　Although on-site communication was not possible due to the epidemic situation, the knowledge shared in this special lecture was easy to understand, and the case was recognized by the R&D personnel in combination with the actual situation. At the question session after the meeting, the technical R&D personnel actively discussed, which laid a good foundation for the subsequent development of the overseas market layout of Minshi Group.
